Metal injection molding is a fast growing manufacturing method that bridges the gap between the technology up gradation and costs involved。 The metal injection molding process involves five steps, mixing, injection molding, de binding, sintering, and part finishing。

In the mixing step, metallic powders, selected for their strengths and inherent abilities such as impact strength, high and low temperature characteristics, wear resistance characteristics, machine ability, and hardness, are mixed, often with a binding agent。 By mixing powders, the goal is to create a composite with the strengths and benefits of all the incorporated metals, while offsetting the independent weaknesses。

Once the powders are mixed, a "feedstock" is produced。sintered metal This feedstock is injected into molds in the same way that plastic or rubber injection molding is performed。 The part that emerges from the injection molding stage is referred to as a "green" part。

In the de binding stage of metal injection molding, the green part is immersed in a water bath to remove the binder, which has entered into the part matrix。 In cross-linking, the de bound green part is exposed to ultraviolet light which thermo sets the binding agents used with the metal powders。

輸送機-第三代粉末冶金高速鋼


  粉末冶金高速鋼(以下簡寫爲P粉末冶金MHSS) 是高速鋼中的上品。多數工具廠對它只有一個模糊的概念,只知它是性能優良的高級高速鋼,而不知目前在我國市場上同時存在化學成分相同而質量、性能不同的第一代,第二代和21 世紀初才開發呈現于市場的第三代PMHSS 。

  1  第一代, 第二代和第三代PMHSS 的差異

  20 世紀70 年代PMHSS 由美國Crucible 廠和瑞典Stora 廠(現屬法國Erasteel ) 相繼投入工業性生産,此爲第一代PMHSS ,其鋼材夾雜物含量相當電弧爐+ LF 鋼包精煉鋼的水平。

  1991 鉚釘機年瑞典Soedertors 廠采用了ESH 電渣加熱法技術3 ,使鋼更爲純淨;與第一代PMHSS 相比,夾雜物含量可減磁鐵少90 %,鋼材抗彎強度約可提高20 %。采用ESH 技術生産的PMHSS 稱爲第二代,Erast eel 産品商標也改爲ASP2000 系列,如鋼種ASP2030 ,而其第一代産品稱ASP30 ,二者的化學成分是相同的。2000 年奧Boehler 伯樂鋼廠的PMHSS 全線制造設備投産,其生産設備是全世界最先進的,産品質量比第二代PMHSS 又有所提高,稱爲第三代PMHSS。特點是鋼粉顆粒更細,過篩累積百分數爲50 %所對應的顆粒尺寸爲60μm ,最大鋼粉尺寸爲500μm ,二次枝晶臂距約爲1μm;夾雜物數量減少,其最大尺寸減小;使鋼的抗彎強度約比第二代的相應值提高20 %。該廠第三代PMHSS 以MICROCL EAN (微小純淨) 爲商標輸送機,以替代第一和第二代的商標ISOMATRIX ( 各向均勻) 。如以前的PMHSS S390Isomat rix , 現改稱S390Microcleon ,二者化學成分相同,但夾雜物含量、大小和強度不磁選機同。

  2 PMHSS 的強度決定于其夾雜含量及尺寸大小

  對普通熔煉鑄錠高速鋼來說,淬回火後基體中殘余碳化物數量遠大于夾雜物數量。以M2 鋼爲例,淬回火後殘余碳化物總量不少于13 %(質量百分數) ,大顆粒碳化物尺寸近1215μm ,但其夾雜物量不會超過1 % ,故中國高速鋼標准中只規定碳化物不均勻度而未對夾雜物規定檢驗條款。普通高速鋼的強度決定于其碳化物網、帶和堆聚的程度。PMHSS 是燒結制品,不分尺寸大小,在整個斷面上其碳化物細小(1~3μm) 均勻分布,無碳化物不均勻性這個不利因素,最大碳化物尺寸不超過6μm。由于鋼的抗彎強度與極限缺陷直徑的平方根成反比,消除大的夾雜物是提高PMHSS 鋼材強度和質量的根本途徑之一。爲此第二代和第三代PMHSS 都強調從工藝上大幅度減少夾雜物數量,特別是大夾雜物(25μm) ,目的在于提高PMHSS 的韌性、抗彎強度和疲勞極限。

  ( ) 産品屬第一代M SS 水平的其生産廠有美國廠,烏克蘭DSS 廠,日本日立金屬和台灣榮鋼(用DSS 廠鋼粉生産PMHSS) 。在上述廠的技術資料中均未提及及已換用ESH 技術。

  (2) 産品屬第二代PMHSS 水平的在我國個別工具廠還有少量庫存。它們爲2004 年以前法Erasteel 生産的ESH PMHSS ,及奧伯樂鋼廠2002 年以前生産的Isomat rx PMHSS。

  (3) 産品屬第三代PMHSS 水平的其生産廠有奧伯樂鋼廠2002 年以後生産的Microclean PMHSS ,及法Erast eel 2004 年以後生産的DvalinTM PMHSS。

  第三代PMHSS 帶動了高合金高硬度新鋼種的發展,第三代PMHSS 因夾雜物減少而鋼的強度和韌性提高,可克印刷廠服高速鋼合金含量愈高,韌性愈低的問題。

  國外PMHSS 生産廠不間斷地對其生産設備和工藝的研究改進導致磁力棒開發出第三代PMHSS ,其在靜態及周期性負荷下的高強度和韌性,增加了其對機械沖擊的阻抗力,使制成的刀具性能穩定性好。國內要求高性能刀具的航天部門可采用它。

電源供應器-美國推出PC及NB用新電源供應穩壓控制器

6月10日,美國國家電源供應器半導體 (National Semiconductor Corporation)宣布推出另一款高度集成的穩壓控制器。廠商客戶可利用這款新電漿設備芯片開發功能齊備的,爲微處理器、現鎢鋼銑刀場可編程門陣列 (FPGA) 或數字信號處理 (DSP) 系統提供供電。美國國家半導體這款新推出的雙通道同步降壓控制器設有兩個輸出,可以驅動筆記本及台式電腦、網絡設備、機頂盒 (STB)、配備雙倍數據傳輸率 (DDR) 內AP Plasma存的圖形卡以及工業電腦電路板。

據介紹,LM2647芯片是一款采用電壓模式進行控制的雙通道高速同步降鍍膜代工壓穩壓控制器,可在 200 kHz 至 500 kHz 之間的頻率和5。5V 至 28V 的輸入電壓範圍內操作,實際操作頻率可按需調節,電漿鍍膜不但可以提供輸入前饋支持,而且啓動時間 (ON-time) 極短。即使采用較小的 MOSFET 及電感器,系統仍可維持較高的可靠性。此外,該芯片還設有脈沖跨越 (pulse-skip) 模式,用戶可選用這個模式減低 MOSFET 的開關次數及驅動功率損耗,以提高低負載操作的效率。

   LM2647 芯片采用 28 引線 TSSOP 及 28 引線 LLP 兩種封裝,已有現貨供應。據悉,以1000顆爲單位,單顆采購價爲 2。60 美元。國半電源管理産品部市場營銷總監 Paul Greenland 表示:"LM2647 芯片可以驅動 N 通道金屬氧化半導體場效應晶體管 (MOSFET),有助降低物料成本,但又不會對效率造成影響。這款 LM2647 芯片內含小型的濾波器,輸出電壓更不超過 1V,而且外型小巧,因此是一個能源效益極高、但只占用極少電路板空間的理想解決方案。"

鐵氟龍-焊接的一般的安全要求

  絕緣:采用絕緣材料,將帶電體鐵氟龍焊接格開,注意保護絕緣層和經常檢查絕鐵氟龍加工緣能力。

  屏護:用屏護裝置(如罩、蓋、擋板等)將帶電部分同外界隔開,凡用金屬材料作屏護裝置時,要采取接零或接地措施。

  隔離:電焊設備之間、設備與牆壁之間、設備與地面之間要留有足夠的距離,防止人體觸及設備的帶電體。

  對焊鉗和焊槍的安全要求

  1、結構簡單、輕便、易于操作

  2、有良好的鐵氟龍噴塗絕緣性能和隔熱性能

  3、焊鉗、焊槍與電纜的連接必須簡便牢靠、接觸良好、不得外露銅導線。

  4、水冷焊槍不得漏水。

  焊接電纜

  1、在紫銅軟芯線外包膠皮絕緣層,絕緣電阻不得小于1mΩ。

  2、電纜應輕便柔軟,能任意彎曲和扭轉,便于操作。

  3、電纜應具有較好的抗機械損傷能力,有耐油、耐腐蝕等性能,

  4、焊接電鐵氟龍塗裝纜用一根整的爲宜。如需要接長,接頭不要超過兩個。接頭應采用銅導體,連接電阻要小,要保證絕緣良好

  l、從事焊接人員必須經過有關部門安全技術培訓,取得特種作業操作證後,方可獨立操作上崗;明火作業必須履行審批手續。

  2、電焊機外殼必須接地良好,其電源的裝拆應由電工進行。

  3、電焊機開關箱拉合時應戴于套側向操作。

  4、電焊機二次側必須有空載降壓保護器或觸電保護器。

  5、焊鉗與把線必須絕緣良好、連接牢固,更換焊條應戴手套。在潮濕地點工作,應站在絕緣膠板或木板上。

  6、嚴禁在帶壓力的容器或管道上施焊,焊接帶電的設備必須先切斷電源。

  7、焊接貯存過易燃、易爆、有毒物品的容器或管道前,必須把容器或管道清理幹淨,並將所有孔蓋打開。

  8、把線、地線禁止與鋼絲繩接觸,更不得用鋼絲繩或機電設備代替零線;所有地線接頭,必須連接牢固。

  9、清除焊渣,采用電弧氣割清根時,應戴防護眼鏡或面罩,防止鐵渣飛濺傷人。

  10、雷雨時,應停止露天焊接作業。

  11、施焊場地周圍應清除易燃、易爆物品或進行覆蓋、隔離。

  12、嚴禁利用廠房的金屬結構、管道、軌道或其他金屬搭接起來作爲導線使用。

  13、工作結束,應鐵氟龍切斷電源,清理現場。
